Petra, one of my all-time favorites! John Schlitt was apparently not in both bands simultaneously, however. According to Wikipedia, he was fired from Head East because of a drug problem, then became a Christian and joined Petra. I prefer the Greg X. Volz Petra years by a slight margin.
